The hotel is situated RIGHT on the beach, offering some views of the ocean from most rooms. It's in a great area with plenty of good restaurants and, of course, the ocean. The rooms are fairly clean but could use a bit more attention to cleanliness, and they come equipped with a kitchenette for added convenience. The service was exceptional, as they very kindly and graciously accommodated my request. However, the noise from the boardwalk could be a bit disruptive at times.
